About the estate

The Bortolomiol winery has its roots in Valdobbiadene, where documents from the mid-eighteenth century attest to the work of the ancestor Bartolomeo Bortolomiol. In 1922, Giuliano Bortolomiol established the modern direction of the estate and strongly believed throughout his life in the quality of Prosecco within the Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG denomination. Today, the business is managed by his wife Ottavia together with their daughters Maria Elena, Elvira, Luisa, and Giuliana. The family places a strong emphasis on sustainability, environmental protection, energy conservation, and the respectful preservation of their regional landscape.
