The family-run Bortolin F.lli estate is located in Santo Stefano di Valdobbiadene in the heart of the Veneto region and is managed today by Valeriano Bortolin and his children. The history of the winery dates back to 1542, while the modern production of sparkling wines began in 1950. Cultivating twenty hectares of vineyards distributed across various sites including Cartizze and Valdobbiadene, the estate produces approximately 300,000 bottles annually. The portfolio includes Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG, various sparkling styles, and a still wine made from Manzoni Bianco. Winemaking combines traditional methods with continuous technical innovation.
