The Bodegas Pinna Fidelis winery produces wines in the Ribera del Duero DO wine region that combine power and structure with finesse and elegance. Harvesting involves a rigorous selection process, followed by maceration periods lasting between 20 and 35 days and fermentation without prior treatment of the wine. In the heart of the cellar, the wines age in a temperature- and humidity-controlled barrel room using a selection of new American, French, and Spanish oak barrels. Finally, the wine undergoes bottle aging, which typically matches the duration of the time spent in wood.
