About the estate
The Bodegas Jesús Díaz e Hijos is one of the oldest wineries in Colmenar de Oreja with a history spanning over a hundred years. The estate was the first to bottle wine under the Vinos de Madrid DO designation in 1985. Production continues to follow traditional methods using large clay jars and concrete vats. The historic and temperature-controlled cellars are located on the site of a former Franciscan convent. The portfolio includes various white, rosé, red, and sparkling wines.
