About the estate
The Bodega Conde de Suyrot is located in Colònia de Sant Pere in Mallorca and combines a Mallorcan identity with international influences. The estate was founded by Count Fabrice de Suyrot, who originally came from Bordeaux and fell in love with the traditional wine-growing lands in the north of the island. The wines are produced in a traditional manner and reflect the character of the surrounding natural environment. The naming of the wines draws inspiration from native animal species of the region. Since 2021, Søren Rump has guided the estate into a new phase, with Elisabet Fuentes overseeing the technical direction of the vineyards and the winery.
