About the estate
The family-run BMVinařství s.r.o. estate was founded in 2010 in the traditional wine-growing village of Tvrdonice in the Slovácká region. The winery is managed by Jan Balga together with his daughter Nicol. Cultivating a vineyard area of 20 hectares, the estate bases its philosophy on respect for nature. To naturally reduce yields, the vines are pruned to a single cane, and grass grows between the rows to maintain a natural ecosystem within the vineyard.
The eno directory lists one wine. The estate sells to retail.

Víno má žlutou až zelenožlutou barvu. Vůně je intenzivní, harmonická s tóny zralých žlutých jablek a hrušek, a s jemným nádechem tropického ovoce. V chuti je kulaté a harmonické, s výraznou středovou plností a pevnou kyselinkou.
