About the estate
The Bidule winery operates according to organic principles and focuses on a protective approach to biodiversity in the vineyard. The philosophy is based on a cooperative relationship between the winemaker and nature in order to maintain the balance of the surrounding ecosystem. In the cellar, minimal intervention is applied to the wine to preserve its authentic character and vintage origin without alteration. Additives are completely avoided to allow the fundamental traits of the origin to remain tangible. The overarching concept extends from sustainable cultivation to environmentally friendly packaging.
