About the estate
The Baldi estate was founded in 2005 by the brothers Ubaldo and Fabiano in Ogliano in the Veneto region, drawing upon three generations of family history in the wine sector. The organically managed vineyards are situated on the hills of Conegliano Valdobbiadene on lean, clayey soils characterized by excellent sun exposure and persistent ventilation. Production focuses exclusively on certified Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG. The winery operates in harmony with the ecosystem, avoiding chemical substances and animal-derived treatments while relying strictly on manual harvesting. The wines are distributed across Italy as well as internationally.
