5 Cinci Coline

About the estate

The 5 Cinci Coline winery is located in the Panciu region and produces wines within the Panciu DOC denomination. The vineyards are situated between the Trotuș Valley to the north and the Putna Valley to the south within a temperate zone. The estate is the first organic wine producer in Vrancea County and the second nationwide. The vineyards consist predominantly of organic plantings featuring native varieties such as Fetească Neagră as well as international varieties like Chardonnay, Traminer, Muscat Ottonel, Sauvignon Blanc, Merlot, Pinot, and Cabernet Sauvignon. Certification as an organic wine producer was achieved after four years under the supervision of the control bodies ICEA and BIOCERT Constanța.
