Nata da una fase iniziale di viticoltura amatoriale, l'attività è gestita come un progetto familiare con una forte attenzione ai vitigni locali come Kékfrankos e Kadarka. Oltre a queste varietà autoctone, la cantina coltiva anche uve internazionali tra cui Merlot e Cabernet. La vendemmia viene effettuata interamente a mano, seguita da un'attenta cernita manuale delle uve in cantina. I vini rossi vengono fermentati in tini aperti e affinati in botti di rovere a seconda della varietà.
