Le domaine Vinarija DeLena a été fondé en 2008 lorsque les fondateurs ont renouvelé les vignobles familiaux et relancé la production de vin dans le village de Lipovac, perpétuant ainsi une longue tradition familiale. Ce domaine familial à gestion directe maintient une production annuelle limitée et élabore tous ses vins exclusivement à partir de fruits cultivés sur place. Les vignobles sont situés dans la région de Šumadija, bénéficiant d'une exposition sud-ouest, de sols argilo-limoneux et marneux, ainsi que d'un climat défini par un ensoleillement élevé et des nuits fraîches. Les cépages plantés comprennent des variétés internationales telles que Sauvignon Blanc, Semillon, Merlot et Malbec.
