Le domaine Tenuta Della Casa cultive cinq hectares de vignes à Cormons, dans le Frioul, et élabore des vins sous les appellations Collio DOC et Venezia Giulia IGT. Située dans la région du Collio, la cave se concentre sur des assemblages classiques ainsi que sur des cépages résistants PIWI. Lors de la vinification, des cuves en béton sont utilisées pour préserver la clarté, l'équilibre et la minéralité des vins. En plus de la vinification, la propriété dispose d'une maison d'hôtes et propose des dégustations guidées ainsi que des expériences pédagogiques.
