Le domaine Sedlescombe Organic Vineyard est le plus ancien producteur de vin biologique d'Angleterre, fondé en 1979 par Roy Cook. Le domaine est niché dans la campagne du Sussex, au sein d'une région d'une beauté naturelle remarquable. S'étendant sur 8,9 hectares de vignes, la propriété est exploitée selon des principes biodynamiques pour nourrir la terre et les vignes. La gamme comprend des vins blancs, rosés, rouges et effervescents certifiés biologiques et biodynamiques. Tous les produits conviennent aussi bien aux végétariens qu'aux végétaliens.
