Das Weingut Sedlescombe Organic Vineyard ist Englands ältestes biologisches Weingut und wurde im Jahr 1979 von Roy Cook gegründet. Der Betrieb liegt in der Grafschaft Sussex in einer Region von herausragender natürlicher Schönheit. Die Rebfläche umfasst 8,9 Hektar, die nach biodynamischen Prinzipien bewirtschaftet werden.
