Le domaine Elizbar Talakvadze est situé au cœur de la région de Kakhétie dans le village géorgien de Kisiskhevi. Outre la cave, la propriété comprend un hôtel artistique et a été construite sur des terres qui appartenaient au grand-père Elizbar, produisant du vin depuis 2018. Les vins biologiques sont élaborés selon des méthodes traditionnelles géorgiennes à partir des cépages endémiques Saperavi, Rkatsiteli, Mtsvane, Kisi et Khikhvi. En plus de la vinification, le domaine propose un hébergement, une cuisine traditionnelle et un verger.
