Das Weingut Elizbar Talakvadze befindet sich im Herzen der Region Kachetien in dem georgischen Dorf Kisiskhevi. Der Betrieb umfasst neben der Weinkellerei auch ein Art-Hotel und wurde auf dem Land des Großvaters Elizbar errichtet, wo seit 2018 Wein produziert wird. Die organischen Weine werden nach traditioneller georgischer Methode aus den endemischen Rebsorten Saperavi, Rkatsiteli, Mtsvane, Kisi und Khikhvi gekeltert. Neben dem Weinbau bietet das Anwesen auch Unterkünfte, traditionelle Küche und einen Fruchtgarten an.
