Le domaine Coolhurst Vineyards est situé dans la High Weald Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty dans le West Sussex et fait partie d'une propriété familiale transmise depuis sept générations. La cave a été fondée par les cousins Charlie et Will, qui ont repris la gestion de leurs pères. La production se concentre sur de très petites quantités de vins effervescents, notamment le rosé monocépage Pinot Noir Lady Elizabeth et le Pinot Meunier Blanc de Noirs The Miller’s Tale. Les vins bénéficient d'un élevage prolongé sur lies afin de mettre en valeur les arômes fruités et le développement autolytique. Les armoiries de la famille datant de 1792 constituent l'élément central des étiquettes au design classique.
L'annuaire eno recense 15 vins, principalement issus de Pinot Noir et Pinot Meunier.
