Présentation du domaine
Le domaine Calamus Wines a débuté en 1999 avec une propriété de 14 acres près de Beamsville et exploite actuellement 17 hectares de vignes. Les vignes cultivent des raisins vinifera et hybrides du Niagara. La production et la vente se déroulent dans des granges historiques du XIXe siècle. De plus, la cave propose des événements tels que des séances d'observation des étoiles à son observatoire.
L'annuaire eno recense 15 vins, principalement issus de Cabernet Franc et Cabernet Sauvignon. Le domaine fournit détaillants et cHR / Horeca.
