La bodega Julia And Benedikte Winery es una empresa familiar fundada en 2012 por George Arraf y su hijo Anan. El primer viñedo fue plantado en 2009 en una zona en pendiente entre olivos centenarios y bosques de robles en la Galilea occidental. Este viñedo crece de forma natural hasta el día de hoy sin ningún tipo de riego, a excepción de las precipitaciones. La bodega produce vinos tintos, blancos, rosados y naranjas, que incluyen tanto vinos monovarietales como de corte que representan el terruño de la región.
