Über den Betrieb
Das Weingut Julia And Benedikte Winery ist ein Familienbetrieb, der im Jahr 2012 von George Arraf und seinem Sohn Anan gegründet wurde. Der erste Weinberg wurde im Jahr 2009 in einer Hanglage zwischen alten Olivenbäumen und Eichenwäldern im westlichen Galiläa angepflanzt. Dieser Weinberg wird bis heute natürlich ohne künstliche Bewässerung ausschließlich durch Regenfall bewirtschaftet. Das Weingut produziert rote, weiße, roséfarbene und orangefarbene Weine, darunter sowohl sortenreine Weine als auch Cuvées, die das Terroir der Region widerspiegeln.
Im eno-Verzeichnis sind 13 Weine erfasst, überwiegend aus Viognier und Cabernet Sauvignon. Der Betrieb beliefert Gastronomie.
