La bodega Hooperhayne Vineyard está situada en Devon, en las laderas orientadas al sur de la Coly Valley. El proyecto fue fundado en abril de 2012 por Jane Houldsworth tras comprobarse la idoneidad del suelo y designarse asesores. Casi la mitad de la superficie del viñedo está plantada con la variedad de uva Bacchus, que se utiliza para elaborar vino blanco tranquilo. El Pinot Noir sirve como la otra variedad de uva principal, rindiendo tanto un vino rosado seco como un vino espumoso. El viñedo es gestionado por la propietaria junto con un equipo.
