La bodega Aurelia Visinescu - Domeniile Sahateni fue fundada en 2003 por la enóloga Aurelia Vișinescu y su socio Steve Cacenco. Los viñedos cubren 82 hectáreas en la región de Dealu Mare, con suelos arcillosos y calcáreos que presentan un alto contenido de óxidos de hierro y una favorable exposición solar. Las variedades de uva cultivadas incluyen variedades tintas como Fetească Neagră, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Noir y Syrah, junto con variedades blancas como Fetească Albă, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Tămâioasă Românească y Pinot Grigio. La bodega está equipada con líneas de fermentación automatizadas, una cava subterránea con más de 400 barricas para la crianza y modernas instalaciones de embotellado.
