Über den Betrieb
Das Weingut La Salceta befindet sich in Loro Ciuffenna in der Toskana, in der Denomination Valdarno di Sopra. Auf einer Rebfläche von vier Hektar, aufgeteilt in drei Hauptparzellen mit unterschiedlichen Bodenverhältnissen, werden Rebsorten wie Sangiovese, Cabernet Franc und der seltene autochthone Orpicchio kultiviert. The Nocetta is our red wine made from Sangiovese and Cabernet Franc grapes, in a proportion of 60% Sangiovese and 40% Cabernet Franc. Vinified and aged exclusively in stainless steel, it has a deep ruby color with a complex, deep and austere nose with blueberry and plum tones, medicinal herbs and notes of underbrush, tobacco and small spices.

L’O è il nostro primo bianco, frutto del recupero di un vitigno antico, quasi perduto, l’Orpicchio. Da una piccola vigna ad alberello su strati di roccia scistosa tipica delle Balze, nasce un vino luminoso nel colore e nei profumi.
