Über den Betrieb
Das Weingut Hacienda del Carche wurde im Jahr 1999 im Herzen der Sierra del Carche gegründet und stützt sich auf über Generationen überliefertes Wissen. Die Weinberge befinden sich in den Hängen der Sierra del Carche, wo steinige Böden und eine optimale Höhenlage ideale Bedingungen für den Weinbau bieten. Jede Rebsorte wird sorgfältig ausgewählt, um Weine im Rahmen der Denomination Jumilla DO zu erzeugen. Die Arbeit im Weinberg und Keller ist von dem Ziel geprägt, den Charakter des lokalen Terroirs in den Flaschen zum Ausdruck zu bringen. Ergänzend zum Weinbau betreibt das Anwesen ein öffentlich zugängliches Weinmuseum, das Einblicke in die regionale Weinkultur gewährt.
Im eno-Verzeichnis sind 20 Weine erfasst, überwiegend aus Mourvèdre und Petit Verdot.
