About the estate

The Winzerhof Staudt winery cultivates its vineyards in the market town of Großostheim. The estate relies on environmentally friendly, close-to-nature vinification combined with state-of-the-art cellar technology. The grapes are harvested by hand and aged in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks according to their individual character. This process yields delicate, fresh, and elegant white wines. The red grapes undergo traditional open-top mash fermentation to produce full-bodied and rich red wines.
