Wijndomein den Eeckhout

About the estate

The family winegrowing project the Wijndomein den Eeckhout estate was established in June 2014 when Bert Eeckhout acquired agricultural land in Houwaart. The first vines were planted in April 2015 and the following year, which was followed by the purchase of another plot on the Houwaartse berg in 2017. Among the oldest vineyards are Müller-Thurgau vines planted in 1973. The portfolio includes various white wines, rosé wines, and blends produced from grape varieties such as Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, Müller-Thurgau, Pinot Noir, and Sieger.
