The Belgian wine estate Wijndomein De Caybergh is located in Herk-de-Stad in the province of Limburg and originates from a family history that once included a fruit plantation. In 2010, the first steps towards winemaking were taken, followed by the planting of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir in 2011. The estate's wines have been commercially available on the market since 2013. The wines are produced as naturally as possible to express the terroir, resulting in a characteristic mineral and smoky profile. The portfolio comprises dry and slightly sweeter white wines, red wines, and rosé wines.
