The Zilliken estate located in Nittel, Germany, relies on the experience of many generations and a natural, environmentally conscious cultivation of its vines. The vineyards include the Elbling grape variety, which has been cultivated in the region for centuries and yields a fresh summer wine as well as sparkling wine. The diverse assortment also features Auxerrois, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, and Riesling grown on the slate soils of Wiltingen an der Saar. Careful and gentle processing of the grapes in the cellar shapes the character of the dry and noble sweet wines as well as the vintage sparkling wines.
