About the estate
The Werner Geiger estate has been located at the Southern Wine Route in the Palatinate region for generations. The winery's vineyards are situated in Oberhausen, Barbelroth and Dierbach. Notable sites include Im Höhenwingert, where loess and limestone soils shape Pinot varieties and Chardonnay, as well as Auf dem Hohen Forst, where red sandstone provides optimal conditions for Riesling. In the cellar, the grapes are processed gently using experience and modern technology. The wines are given sufficient time there to develop at ease.
