About the estate

The Weingut Wagner-Weritz estate is a family-run business located in Erbach in the Rheingau region, established in 1971 through the merger of two wineries and led by master winemaker Johannes Weritz since the year 2000. The estate cultivates approximately ten hectares of vineyards in site locations across Erbach, Kiedrich, and Hattenheim. Vineyards are farmed close to nature without the use of herbicides, utilizing integrated pest management practices with higher tolerance thresholds for pests. The grape variety portfolio includes Riesling, Pinot Blanc, Gewürztraminer, Pinot Noir, and Domina, among others. Wines are distributed primarily through wholesale channels as well as in smaller parts directly to private customers.

The eno directory lists 12 wines, mostly from Riesling and Domina. The estate sells to distributors.
