About the estate
The Vollmer estate is a family-run winery located in Rüdesheim am Rhein, now managed in the fifth generation. The origins of viticulture date back to 1900 when Jakob Vogt initiated the wine production. Today, Georg and Christoph Vollmer jointly cultivate five hectares of vineyards situated in sites around Rüdesheim, Eibingen, and Geisenheim. The production focus lies on Riesling, which accounts for the majority of the vineyard area, while the remaining parcels are planted with Pinot Noir. In addition to winemaking, the estate runs a traditional seasonal tavern on its premises.
The estate sells to horeca.
