The Weingut und Ferienwohnungen Lithos estate cultivates three hectares of vineyards in microclimatically unique side valleys of the Middle Rhine near Oberwesel. The vineyards are located in steep sites such as Engehöller Bernstein and Engehöller Goldemund. The soils consist of mineral-rich weathered slate with components of loam and loess as well as Hunsrück slate with quartzite layers. Great importance is placed on sustainability in the management of the steep slopes. In addition to viticulture, the business, embedded in nature, also offers accommodation in holiday apartments.
