The Thomas Steigelmann estate farms thirteen hectares of vineyards in Neustadt an der Weinstraße and produces typical varietal wines and sparkling wines. The winery practices organic viticulture and has been certified since 2023. The vines grow in the top sites Königsbacher Idig and Gimmeldinger Biengarten in the Palatinate region. There, limestone marl and variegated sandstone shape the geology and impart a fresh minerality and aromatic depth to the Rieslings.
