About the estate
The Weingut Staib estate cultivates vineyards in various locations around Beutelsbach. Since 1992, the winery has completely converted to certified organic viticulture according to Bioland guidelines. In addition to traditional varieties such as Pinot Noir and Riesling, fungus-resistant grape varieties like Johanniter, Sauvitage, Sauvignac, Regent, and Prior are also grown. In the cellar, the wines are aged in wooden barrels or stainless steel tanks.
