Based in Gerlingen, the Sadlo winery manages its vineyards as naturally as possible in order to preserve the ecological balance. The estate's philosophy continues in the vinification process, where the wines are given sufficient time to mature. The portfolio includes wines with diverse profiles, ranging from fruity and delicate to robust with oak notes. In addition to winemaking, the family runs a traditional tavern in Rutesheim.
