About the estate

The Röschard estate in Weil am Rhein has been managed by the family in the fourth generation. Gerd Röschard, his brother Werner, and his son Ralf cultivate vineyards in climatically favored top locations of the Markgräflerland region. On about eight hectares of vine area, primarily Burgundy varieties and Gutedel thrive on calcareous soils in sites such as the Weiler Schlipf and the Haltinger Stiege. In dialogue with nature, vintage-typical wines are produced, including barrel-aged rarities, sparkling wines, and fine spirits. The winery focuses on individuality and captures the origin of its homeland in the glass.
