The Weingut Postkellerei estate is managed by winemaker Heinz Flöter and covers 1.5 hectares of vineyards along the Moselle. The vineyards in the locations of Reil, Burg, and Enkirch feature south-westerly exposures and mineral soils. Cultivated grape varieties include Riesling, Müller-Thurgau, Pinot Blanc, Rivaner, and Dornfelder. In the traditional wine cellar, the predominantly dry wines mature in oak casks that have been in use for over 50 years. Vinification involves grape selection, spontaneous fermentation, and the winemaker's experience.
