About the estate

The Weingut Pittnauer Gerald estate in Gols is managed by Barbara Pittnauer in the third generation and has evolved from a mixed agricultural farm into a dedicated winegrowing operation. Covering around nine hectares of vineyards, the winery practices natural and sustainable agriculture without chemical-synthetic sprays. Its portfolio features fruity white wines, characterful red wines, rosé, and sparkling specialties. The grapes are harvested by hand with purposefully reduced yields to produce authentic wines through a combination of modern cellar technology and traditional craftsmanship.

The eno directory lists 18 wines, mostly from Blaufränkisch and Grüner Veltliner.
