The Philipps-Eckstein winery is located high above the Moselle on the Graach Schäferei in the heart of the Middle Moselle region. Cultivating a vineyard area of 6.5 hectares, the estate produces white and red wines in the steep slopes of Graach and Bernkastel, including parcels in Graacher Himmelreich, Graacher Domprobst, and Bernkasteler Lay. A primary focus of the portfolio is placed on Riesling, complemented by red wine, sparkling wine, and Secco. In the cellar, the winery relies on a combination of tradition, experience, and modern pressing technology featuring gentle pressing and cold fermentation.
