The Weingut Otto Stachel is a family-run winery managed for several generations in the southern Palatinate wine village of Kirrweiler. The estate cultivates ten hectares of vineyards planted equally with white and red grape varieties. The portfolio includes Riesling, Pinot Gris, Pinot Blanc, Kerner, Scheurebe, as well as Dornfelder, Heroldrebe, and Pinot Noir. Cultivation takes place across four locations with varying soil conditions in the surrounding area of Maikammer and Kirrweiler. Mechanical management of the vineyards is facilitated by their geographical distribution.
