About the estate

The Norbert Brecht winery is a traditional family estate located in Weyher in the Palatinate region. The family's history of winemaking spans many generations, with estate-bottled wine production beginning in the 1960s. Today, the estate cultivates approximately 13 hectares of vineyards on diverse soils at the foot of the Palatinate Forest. The vineyard focus lies on Riesling, Silvaner, and the Pinot family, alongside other regional and international varieties. In addition to wine, the portfolio includes sparkling wines produced by traditional bottle fermentation, spirits from a small on-site distillery, as well as liqueurs and gin.
