About the estate
The Weingut Lindenhof AG estate focuses on minimal intervention and maximum expression of origin in winemaking. In the cellar, fresh white wines are crafted without malolactic fermentation, while premium wines such as the Pinot Noir Crus undergo spontaneous fermentation. The white wines mature on the fine lees with minimal sulfur use, and the red wines clarify over a period of two years. Furthermore, the portfolio includes an accessible white assemblage made from Riesling-Sylvaner, Gewürztraminer, and Sauvignon blanc. All cellar agents used are organically certified and of natural origin.
