About the estate
The Leo Langer winery is situated on the outskirts of Volkach and has been run as a family business for generations. Winemaker Winfried Langer has led the estate since 1990. The operation cultivates nine hectares of vineyards along with one hectare of fruit trees. The portfolio includes varietal-typical, honest wines as well as pure fine spirits, for which hand-picked fruit from the estate's own trees is used. Distribution takes place directly from the winery through the estate's own vinotheque as well as via regular delivery tours to various regions in Germany.
