About the estate
The family-run Weingut Kissinger estate is based in Rheinhessen and is managed by two generations. The vinification focus lies on the production of structured, concentrated, and dry white wines as well as single-varietal wines aged in small barrels. The vineyards are cultivated according to biodynamic principles with a strong focus on healthy soils and biodiversity. During vineyard work, grape aromas are concentrated by targeted thinning with shears at the vine. In the cellar, the winery relies on gentle processing, spontaneous fermentation, and the necessary time for maturation.
The eno directory lists 16 wines, mostly from Pinot Noir and Riesling.
