About the estate
The Josef Müller winery looks back on a traditional history in which the pursuit of optimal grape quality has remained a focus for generations. For vinification, only hand-picked grapes enter the cellar, where they are pressed gently and fermented slowly. The portfolio reflects the character of the Schilcherland region, with the regional grape variety Blauer Wildbacher forming the core for Schilcher production. The range is complemented by various other grape varieties that are firmly integrated into the portfolio.
The eno directory lists 3 wines, mostly from Blauer Wildbacher and Pinot Blanc. The estate sells to horeca.
