About the estate
The Jäger winery in Ettenheim has been family-owned since 1871 and is managed by Eva Maria and Joachim Jäger. Covering approximately 7.5 hectares of vineyards in a sun-drenched southwest-facing location on the Ettenheimer Kaiserberg, the vines thrive on fertile loam and loess soils. Natural cultivation under ecological principles as well as gentle practices in the vineyard and cellar are central to the production. The portfolio includes pure wines such as Riesling and Pinot Noir, alongside fine spirits from an in-house distillery.
The eno directory lists 3 wines, mostly from Nobling and Riesling.
