About the estate
The Horst Adams winery has been engaged in viticulture in Mehring for five generations. The family estate mainly cultivates Riesling grapes as well as Pinot Noir, Pinot Blanc, Chardonnay, and Müller-Thurgau. Cultivation in the steep slopes is carried out entirely by hand. The portfolio includes various wines such as dry and off-dry Rieslings.
The eno directory lists 15 wines, mostly from Riesling and Pinot Noir. The estate sells to retail.
