About the estate
The Weingut Gold estate cultivates single vineyards such as Steingrüble, Wanne and Koih, which are exposed to the Remstal valley. Grape varieties like Riesling, Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc thrive on soils composed of gypsum keuper, pebble sandstone and variegated marl. These heat-retaining and fertile locations produce expressive, delicate white wines as well as structured red wines. Founded in 2013, the winery distributes its wines through specialist retailers in Germany and exports to several countries.
