About the estate

The Gmeiner estate in the Palatinate region is run as a small family business in its third generation and cultivates about eight and a half hectares of vineyards. Following its beginnings in the nineties, the focus today is on the careful production of single-varietal natural products with an emphasis on quality rather than quantity. The Mediterranean climate and various soil types such as red sandstone, lime marl, and loess provide the ideal location for numerous grape varieties. The portfolio includes white wines such as Riesling, Gewürztraminer, and Pinot Blanc, as well as various red wines. Marketing is carried out predominantly direct from the winery to wine enthusiasts.
