About the estate
The Gehlen estate is a family-run winery in Trier currently managed in the third generation. For over 100 years, the estate has cultivated five hectares of vineyards in well-known sites around the Petrisberg. The grape variety spectrum includes Riesling, Müller-Thurgau, Pinot Blanc, and Pinot Noir, among others. In addition to winemaking, the estate also traditionally produces Viez.
The eno directory lists 26 wines, mostly from Riesling and Pinot Blanc. The estate sells to horeca.
